Meet Justin Lally,
XStream Founder and CEO

In 2009 I joined the Navy Seabees and deployed to Afghanistan for seven months. There I was a mechanic and heavy equipment operator. In 2013 I began contracting for the company formally known as Blackwater. Using these same skills, I constructed bases and filled a billet called FMLS (Facility Maintenance and Life Support). In FMLS we operated and guarded clandestine bases 24/7. Part of maintaining such facilities is keeping them clean. Our department utilized a water wagon with a general purpose gas powered pressure washer.

I found this power washer to be a very convenient tool, so I decided to build one for myself. Not long after, I was asked to clean a house. My calendar started filling with cleaning jobs and in 2019 I purchased my first professional rig. A family member, who operates a car wash install and repair company, asked me to clean a Giant Eagle car wash in Cleveland. The results were outstanding, and in 2023 I worked solely for Zips Car Wash cleaning over 200 sites. In the Navy Seabees our slogan is “We build, we fight” with a “Can Do” attitude.
